1. Accounts & eligibility

Users must be 18+ and provide accurate contact, billing, and tax information. One account per business or individual. We may suspend duplicate or impersonating profiles without refund.

2. Platform use

All communication, deliverables, and payments must stay on-platform. Off-platform deals, spam pitching, or circumventing fees violates both Guestpostnow and Laancer policies.

3. Orders & payments

• • Clients deposit the full project amount into escrow before work begins.
• • Publishers/freelancers must meet the scope, deadlines, and editorial rules defined in the order brief.
• • Funds release once the client approves or when the auto-approval window closes.

4. Revisions & disputes

Request revisions within the review window listed on the order. If parties cannot resolve an issue, escalate to Laancer Support. We review the brief, chat log, and deliverables before issuing refunds or partial payments.

5. Prohibited content

We follow the same restrictions defined on Guestpostnow: no inciting violence, hate, counterfeit goods, adult content, malware, or paid links that violate publisher guidelines or local laws.

6. Liability

Laancer provides the collaboration platform “as-is.” We are not responsible for loss of revenue, search performance, or third-party policy changes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months prior to the claim.
